Theatre:  the Narr never stopped playing

The construct of theater challenges me. It allows me to put questions into a given frame. In my performative practice I work with a childlike imagery to repeatedly place my performative body through humor and precision into new contexts.

In the role of the artistic collaborator and manager  in the costume and stage design fields,  it is important to me to question and to open the dissolution of binary codes and socially traditional norms as social constructs.

Winter- Edition of two

identities in a cage, 2021

Paulusplatz, Vienna

Performance Length approx. 20min

© Lea Songeregger

In a Cage: A House. A Construction. Two Identities meet in a cage. One Boxer, one Superwomen. Both mark the cage by having different superpowers and explore how these  powers can exist next and with each other.

The space acts as a platform for visual artists, mediators, performers, authors, associations and children. It aims to design the space in an inclusive and barrier-free way and to consciously work into the structures of off-space culture with queerfeminist approaches. Val Holfeld carries the role of curator and facilitator.

Bandwurm, 2021

Gallery AA Collection, Vienna

Performance Length approx. 10min

© Judith Raupp

Inspired by the mythos of Maria Callas, which says Callas injected themselves a tapeworm to not feel the need to eat again. This performance deconstructed the function of a tapeworm: The tapeworm lived its playful life in the same setting as a human being. In this place there is no need to harm one another
